Good morning. So a quick update today.  If you remember fom our last update,  off of our first proposal, we had to do a second one.  It had mainly to do with the height of the building and some zoning questions. So the update for today is that we have sent a preliminary letter out to the city with a general outline of what will be in the second proposal looking for feedback. We haven't heard anything back from the city yet. If we haven't heard anything by the end of next week,  we'll be reaching out to try to get the feedback and that's it for this week. God bless.
